Jason Brown is a multi-disciplinary artist, pulling his processes from sculpture, graphic design, and craft practices. He has done work as a teaching artist, community artist, and independent designer. His current work as The Zip Code Kid (TZCK) utilizes a design algorithm he calls "geocommunetrics" to create geometric and textile-like designs from the number values in zip codes, so as to make a representation of that geographic place. Other work explores more improvised geometry and its relation to space and nature.
You can find his work online at geocommunetrics.com or follow him on Instagram @thezipcodekid.
